• The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship-related issues only.
• Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, deformation, and accidental damage are not covered.
• Diamond or stone loss caused by impact, mishandling, or damaged settings is not covered.
• Damage caused by perfumes, chemicals, cosmetics, chlorine, or improper care is excluded.
• Discolouration or changes caused by natural wear and environmental exposure are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Any repair, resizing, alteration, or modification by an unauthorized third party will void the warranty.
• The original purchase invoice and warranty card must be presented for all warranty claims.
• All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by KUHOO.
• Depending on the nature of the defect, KUHOO may repair or replace the jewellery at its discretion.
• The warranty does not cover loss or theft of the jewellery.
• Diamond and gold market price fluctuations are not covered under this warranty.
• KUHOO reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty claims.
