• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, deformation, accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling.
• Damage caused by perfumes, chemicals, cosmetics, chlorine, or improper care is not covered.
• Loss of diamonds or gemstones due to impact, accidental damage, mishandling, or worn/damaged settings is not covered.
• Loss or theft of jewellery is not covered under the warranty.
• Discolouration or changes caused by regular wear, environmental exposure, or improper maintenance are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Any repair, resizing, alteration, or modification by an unauthorized third party will void the warranty.
• Diamond and gold market price fluctuations are not covered under the warranty.
• The original purchase invoice and warranty card must be presented for warranty claims.
• All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by KUHOO Jewellery.
• Depending on the nature of the defect, KUHOO may repair or replace the jewellery at its sole discretion.
• KUHOO reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all warranty claims.
